In just a few steps to the ocean, you can enjoy complimentary beach passes (required from Memorial Day to Labor Day). The studio has a private entrance. It is equipped with a Queen-sized bed, couch and smart TV (with Netflix), kitchen, bathroom, and dining table. The neighborhood is residential. Close to restaurants, grocery store and boardwalk! Parties/unregistered guests will be asked to leave & reported to AirBnB. Host is present during guests stay. Please note, no animals (including service/emo support) are permitted.

This guest suite has one main bedroom with queen bed + a separate alcove with a bed that becomes two single beds. It is conveniently located one block from the LIRR train station. The beach and boardwalk are four blocks by foot and behind our street are dozens of restaurants, bars, coffee shops, grocers and pharmacies. We are available when you'd like, to ensure a pleasant and relaxing stay.
