The house is cozy and small with a sleeping loft up a spiral staircase.

Enjoy amazing biking and hiking trails in the morning and hit the Hub, Ecusta Brewing, or Oscar Blues taproom in the evening, all without getting into your car. After a busy day of recreation, return to this cozy home for some white squirrel sighting and much-deserved relaxation. Please be aware that our home is not suitable for children under 10.

My place is walking distance to downtown Brevard, The Brevard Music center, The Bracken Mountain Trail, and The Lumberyard District. You’ll love my place because, the decor, the luxury beds/linens and the location. There is queen bed in the bedroom, a queen murphy bed in the great room, and two twin beds in the third story sleeping loft. We also have outdoor fire pits and a custom private bike track!!!! (must sign waiver before use of the bike track)
