The care takers pier house is the most unique way to embrace Brentwood Bay . Being the oldest private marina in BC you will sense its rich history on the walls of the house. On the peir you will find boat builders and canvas makers and the largest paddle sport operation on the island. Brentwood spa is a 4 minute walk down the path , seahorse cafe is next door and butchart gardens is in the same bay. All who come to Brentwood bay love the little island feel at portside marina .

Located in the heart of Cordova Bay you are just a few steps to a fantastic sand bar beach. Less than 5 minutes down the road you have an 18 hole championship golf course. If you are a biking enthusiast the Galloping Goose trail is at your doorstep.

Steps away from the ocean, a short walk to Brentwood Bay Resort & Spa, Portside Marina, and Brentwood-Mill Bay ferry, including several beach accesses. 5-minute drive to the Butchart Gardens, Victoria Butterfly Gardens, 13 km to Sidney, 20 km to Victoria, 18 km to Swartz Bay ferry terminal, and about 10 km to get to the airport. The bus stop is less than one minute's walk with transit to Sidney, downtown Victoria & beyond.

This 1 bedroom cottage is nestled on the hillside at the water’s edge. As you walk the steps down to the private cottage take in the panoramic ocean views. It has recently been renovated from top to bottom. *Please note that a new house is being built next door, so there may be residential construction noise during the day.
