Fully stocked kitchen, comfortable living space with wifi and a large TV, and a comfy couch overlooking the lake. We have a external monitor with a keyboard and mouse to set up a workstation if needed. A large deck and seasonal dock to hang out on. Close to the ocean if you get tired of the lake. It's an excellent home base on Boston's North Shore.

Water front cabin-like guest suite on a quiet pond

Our home is located on a wooded lot overlooking a pristine kettle pond. Access to our home requires ascending a long but gradual set of stairs followed by a second set of stairs to the entrance of the guest suite. The two room suite has a bedroom and a kitchenette with a microwave, toaster, electric kettle and mini frig. There is a French press, coffee bean grinder, tea, cups, dishes and flatware in the cupboards. It does not have a full kitchen ( no stove/ no kitchen sink)

Our 3 bedroom apartment is on the 2nd and 3d floors of our 2-family home on quiet, pretty Hollis Street, steps from Davis Square (Somerville) and Porter Square (Cambridge), and Harvard Square (Cambridge). which is 1.5 miles away. No car needed - you can walk anywhere or take public transportation. It's a 5-8 minute walk to the Davis Square subway station where you can take the Red Line to downtown Boston - a 15 minute ride.

Walk to train, lake and downtown - pets welcome

This is the perfect place to relax and make a home for your visit to the Boston area. You'll be steps from the park, Lake Quannapowit, shops and restaurants and the train station. The atmosphere is chill and relaxed. Upon arrival, you'll find coffee, tea, eggs and butter. If you're bringing your furry family member, there will be dog bowls and poop-bags too. Dog bed and cat litter box available upon request.
