È il frutto di un accurato lavoro di restauro e vicinissima a tutti i servizi della città. L'ingresso è molto riservato, da un androne con un'ampia scala si accede all'appartamento, composto da due grandi ambienti, cucina/soggiorno e soggiorno/letto, corridoio e bagno. Durch unsere zentrale Lage sind sowohl die Traumstrände der Westküste wie Rena Majore oder Naracu Nieddu als auch die herrlichen Strände im Norden und Nordosten in ca. 20-25 Minuten Fahrzeit erreichbar. Am Top-Surf-Spot Porto Pollo ist man in ca. 20 Minuten, an der Costa Smeralda in etwa 30 Minuten.
