Warriston Apartment at Holm Park is an extremely spacious (1500 ft2) Victorian flat packed with original features and character as well as modern, sophisticated comforts. High, high ceilings, immense sash windows and an open plan living/dining/kitchen area create a space of light and air, ideal for convivial holiday living. Being entirely on the ground floor it has it's own private garden, and easy access throughout. Warriston Apartment, like the town of Moffat itself is packed with history.

Get away from it all in this cosy semi off-grid cabin with a touch of luxury. This secluded cabin is a hidden gem off the beaten track just outside the town of Moffat. So if private walks, nature viewing hide, dark skies, plunge pools for a dip and cosy log fires are for you, then you'll love it! Children and dogs are welcome too. The farm has old woodland glens with our very own gorge, ponds which attract a variety of birds and open hill land with a cairn overlooking the town of Moffat.

Curlew Cottage is situated in a lovely rural area with amazing views of the Moffat Hills. Curlew Cottage offers the perfect holiday cottage to get away from it all and relax in the wood fuel hot tub looking out over the panoramic view of the Moffat hills. It is delightfully decorated throughout, and a particular feature of the cottage is the large living room with low windows making the most of the views. There is a small snug with cosy open fire perfect for those chillier evenings.

Larriston Coach House is a large four-bedroomed cottage, part of a very rural 19th century farm steading on 28 acres, with 2,500 acres of hillside starting at the doorstep. It's right on the Scottish Border, close to Kielder and Newcastleton (both five miles away), and ideal for visiting Kielder observatory, Kielder Forest, the Borders or north Northumberland. There’s plenty of space, inside and out. The skies are dark, the mobile reception is zero and the silence is deafening.

We also have The Firkin Hell, a private pub on site which you will get exclusive use of during your stay for music, karaoke, darts and retro games machine. BYOB as we are unable to sell alcohol.
