The private beach and prom is a 4 minute walk, Morrison extra and Tesco express a short distance on foot, close by are cafes, golf courses and our charming flint walled village. Nearby is the sailing club, Goodwood, Chichester, Brighton and renowned Bailiffscourt Spa Hotel.

"Snuggledown" in this cosy self catering suite, situated at the end of a small, quiet, private cul-de-sac, yet in the heart of Felpham village with its varied shops, take aways and pubs etc. The beach and Butlins are approximately 10 minutes walk away. The room consists of a king-size bed, seating area with smart TV, wardrobe and kitchenette with kettle, toaster, microwave, and mini fridge. The room has an ensuite with shower, WC, shaving point & wash basin. Private patio and seating. Parking.

The front door opens into a seating and kitchen area. This offers a fridge, toaster, microwave and kettle. There is a Smart 32 inch HD TV. Off of this room is a shower room complete with toilet and sink. The bedroom is separate with a double bed and wardrobe. Easy access to Chichester, Arundel and Goodwood.
