A block from the beach, this cute 330sf cabin has everything! The ' Book Nook' is perfect for summers by the beach or snuggling up with a book on rainy days. Built in bookshelves contain an array of books to unwind with, teach you, or feed your curiosity. The kitchen is well equipped and we have the 'Covid Cleaning' down now. Nestled up against a hillside, it is quiet at night. This little community of cabins is being enhanced. Walking distance to the 'heart' of Birch Bay. Near the State Park.

Located in Birch Bay, WA, near Semiahmoo. Beach access is 1.6 miles away. You will be greeted with simple design, relaxing decor and lots of natural light. This little house has personality. Semiahmoo Golf and Country Club is 2.9 miles from the house. We are 6 miles from I-5, a 15 minute drive from the Canadian border and Blaine, and 23 miles from Bellingham International Airport. Birch Bay State Park is 5 miles or a 15 minute drive from the house for clamming, playground, and day camping.

Welcome to your peaceful getaway in Birch Bay. This cottage is across the street from the beach and offers beautiful views of the ocean. It offers a private beach footsteps away with a fire pit and gorgeous views of the water and sunsets. This house has two bedrooms and one bath. It is family friendly with a master bedroom that includes a queen bed, a second bedroom with bunk beds, and a pull out queen bed couch in the living room. Bring the family to spend quality time together at the beach.

Guest can enjoy access to tennis court & volleyball. Hiking, Biking, Boating, Kayaking, Sunsets, Beach Combing, it's all here. Our condo is in a gated community.

Cook delectable meals in the fully equipped kitchen and embrace the coastal evenings around the fire-pit. Pets allowed!

Open spaces indoors and out. Enjoy 5 beautiful acres of nature. Great sunsets, all kinds of birds. It's a perfect location for "working from home". Great internet speed, between 90-105. Experience the calming effect of walking our labyrinth. We offer a safe retreat for people allergic to pet dander, so we ask that you not bring any pets inside. If you have a companion animal, we ask that it stay in its crate when indoors. They can roam free outside. Thanks for understanding.
