The Hayloft - Rural tranquility 15 mins to Gatwick

Rural bliss yet only 15 mins drive from GWK. Superking bed in a dbl aspect rm, sitting rm, kitchen & bathroom in spacious, private apartment. The sitting rm has an L-shaped sofabed and is ensuite to the bathroom so works as a bed rm for close friends or family of those in the main bedroom! The Loft is beautifully furnished, peaceful and has stunning views, its own front door, secure parking, WIFI, acres of garden and loads of local delights to explore from Brighton beach to our village pub!

You will be overlooking the iconic Brighton coastline in both directions, and with easy access to central Brighton and the surrounding countryside, it’s the perfect place to base yourself for a relaxing getaway. The apartment offers spectacular sea views from each of the three generously sized double bedrooms as well as the living area.

Unique eco sustainable guest house built in 2022 with stunning views over private fields lined with Oak Trees as well as views overlooking a private new pristine 17m swimming pool. The beautiful pool is heated from March 2026. Quiet location, country walks (close to National Park) and a local pub 1 mile away. Modern, new stylish interiors with a cosy wood burner (in Winter months) and a large patio, BBQ and fire pit outside (wood not included). Conveniently located 15 miles to Gatwick Airport.

Step outside to gentle ripples, watch wildlife, or visit East Hoathly village with its café, shop, and pub just minutes away.

Situated down a quiet rural lane in the Sussex countryside near Brighton, Kenny's Hut is the perfect romantic retreat for two. Enjoy uninterrupted views over the fields and sheep from the sun deck, relax listening to birdsong or stargaze at night sat around the warm glow of the firepit. Creature comforts include a comfortable King Size bed, ensuite bathroom, kitchenette and wood burning stove. Special occasion? Many local attractions near Brighton Gatwick Airport and the South Downs! Pull out double sofa bed, works well for smaller family’s. Stunning 25 meter swimming pond, water is crystal clear. Large deck and sun-loungers by the swimming pond. We use the garden too, it’s part of our home but there is plenty of opportunity for privacy.

A scenic, glamping pod, situated within the High Weald Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. Located on the edge of a beautiful pond and equipped with a wood fired hot tub (no jets/bubbles),wood fired pizza oven, central heating, kitchen (with Gas Oven & Hob) & bespoke outside wooden decking. The pod has WiFi from Three 4G (somewhat unreliable though from the woods & valley) and integrated bluetooth speakers. * The electric is powered by Solar - NO HAIR DRYERS, STRAIGHTENERS, FANS ETC *

The location provides a perfect base to enjoy the many NT properties such as Nymans and Sheffield Park as well as Wakehurst Place and the Prairie Gardens. There are also many vineyards in the surrounding area particulary Ridgeview and Bolney Estate.
