The place is 50 m2 big, on the 3rd floor (no elevator), fully equipped including dishwasher and washing machine. One bedroom with a big 160 cm bed. Living room with fireplace. This apartment is perfectly placed between two lovely parks: Torshovdalen + Torshovparken. It is a beautiful building from 1920 and the apartment has been renovated recently. The subway is a 5 min walk, and the bus to the center is on the doorstep. Grünerløkka is a short 15 min walk away. There are four sand volleyball courts 500m away. Latest check in time is 22:30 500NOK fee if it is later. Cleaning costs in Oslo are 1200NOK for two hours. I have put 600NOK so we share the cost.
