Os espaços comuns incluem um jardim, uma pool exterior, um salão com biblioteca e lareira, uma esplanada e uma lavandaria self-service.

This is the first of a set of rustic houses rehabilitated in 2019/20, giving rise to 5 modern apartments, decorated with solid wood and lamps from Bali. The aim was to create an informal, unpretentious environment, but at the same time refined and welcoming. In the central area, there is a porch, a common area, where you can have meals and rest outdoors. Santa Bárbara is a peaceful village from where you can see the sea and the mountain with the same name, and an ideal place to rest.

The house is located on a quiet small street with a wonderful 180° panoramic view of the ocean. You and your family can enjoy the meal on a quiet and private terrace with a view of the green meadows and the ocean. You can even see cows grazing in the neighboring green fields and sunset on the right sight of terrace. Entire area of terrace is 180m2.
