Our Cozy Elmwood Studio is like a tiny hotel room with all the comforts of home. This 120sq ft (15'x8'), newly remodeled, nicely appointed studio is an independent structure ideal for 1 guest, cozy for 2. The door of the studio faces our back patio, so you may hear us. The nightly rate includes use of our driveway. Please let us know and we will leave it empty for you. **Starting September 1, 2017 Berkeley is requiring hosts to collect a 14% occupancy tax. This is included in your fees.**

Set in a cozy backyard near Solano Ave (dotted with small shops and cafes) it's an ideal location for those looking for a small town feeling close to the city. This cottage was built with the needs of our guests in mind, including in-unit private laundry. The cottage is located steps from an array of Albany/Berkeley culinary culture, cafes, shops, and markets.

French doors open onto the serene garden in this stylish and well appointed space. The cottage is a large, newly renovated studio located in our backyard garden. There is wifi, a television, a kitchen with a mini-fridge, two-burner stove, microwave, coffee maker and cookware and utensils. The bathroom shower has shampoo, conditioner and body soap for guests to enjoy. There is a queen sized bed and extra linens for the queen sized pull-out sofa bed.

It is brand new construction, equipped with everything you'll need: large kitchenette, TV, great wifi, and a small outdoor space to enjoy your morning coffee. We are located within easy access to highway 80, in between the North Berkeley & Ashby Bart Stations, close to San Pablo Park, UC Berkeley, and walking distance to Berkeley Bowl, and many wonderful eateries nearby.

Welcome to the Claremont Casita, a Spanish-style guest house that sits at the top of our property. Enjoy views of the Claremont hills, outdoor space to relax, a fully appointed kitchen (everything but an oven), Tempur-Pedic queen bed, and comfortable common areas, all in a beautiful neighborhood that is walking distance from Claremont shops, Rockridge, and close to BART and freeways. Located halfway up the steep Berkeley hillside in a quiet residential area. The space has amazing natural light with 4 skylights and garden facing windows. There is a patio deck with table and chairs to enjoy meals outdoors. Previously an art studio, now a simple detached cottage at the entrance of our property. Berkeley Bitty House - a little bit of home

The Berkeley Bitty House is our cozy little detached guesthouse, located in a quiet residential neighborhood that is a few minutes drive to campus and within walking distance to many landmarks. Although itty bitty, it feels luminous and private, with a large skylight and windows that overlook a private deck with hot tub. The view of the bay from the private deck is breathtaking.

All are welcome at our peaceful garden studio. It is the back of our historic home, the oldest standing structure in Berkeley! We are close to BART with easy access to SF and UC Berkeley and two blocks from Berkeley’s famous Fourth Street shopping area with unique boutiques, great restaurants, and coffee houses. Entry is private and the garden is all yours to enjoy.
