This house is Located in the neighborhood of Mill Basin. The home has 4 rooms. 2 on the first floor and 2 on the 2nd floor. You will be staying on the 2nd floor with the 2 rooms which are newly renovated, included with a full bathroom, kitchen, and dining area. I the Host/owner live on the 1st floor which shares the same Hallway and Exit Entrance Leading to 2nd floor and the Street level. The building is surrounded with grocery stores, mall centers, transportation to Manhattan, NY & JFK airport.

NYC requires property owners to be in the same dwelling. This is a two family house and the host resides on the property. Guest have full access to the apartment.
