Rustic Cottage *****Hiking & Biking

The place is nestled in a garden setting . The cottage is stand alone and is not shared . The bathroom is detached, just a few steps away, through the garden, and shared with a very quiet and clean tenant, it is sparkling clean. The trails start just across the street and are fantastic, spreading over 800 acres of parkland. You will enjoy the quiet, peaceful and remote setting. We do have WiFi ;)

Our 1 Bedroom Furnished Apartment is charming and comfortable, with a Separate Entrance, and easy access to downtown Benicia. Our Apartment includes a Kitchenette (no stove), Full Bath, TV's in both Living Room & Bed Room, and plenty of space and total privacy. We offer Free access to Netflix, Prime, and Hulu. Short drive to San Francisco and Napa/Sonoma.

We use the Airbnb Covid-19 cleaning guidelines and we use hospital level sterilization after each quest. We are 22 miles from San Francisco and 27 miles from Napa. Great location to enjoy both. Half-mile from freeway. Beautiful walking trail very near -- goes to the San Francisco Bay; enjoy beautiful sunsets. Coffee, shops, and restaurants nearby.

Wake up in a sleepy neighborhood and walk to coffee before hopping on the train to explore the city. Our guest suite is a 5 minute walk to the train station (BART), major bus lines, a plethora of coffee shops, eateries, yoga, gym, and farmers market on Tuesdays. A 4 minute drive will get you to the freeways, groceries and many poplar neighborhoods.
