Our Three beautiful bedrooms are in a converted stable in the beautiful countryside Fantastic central location only a 10 minute drive to Harrogate, Ripon and Knaresborough. Perfect location for exploring with plenty of walks right on our doorstep. Each room has its own private entrance, king size bed, tv, en-suite shower room and also has its own we’ll stocked larder with tea & coffee making facilities and all you need for a continental breakfast

Welcome to Meadow Retreats, new for 2025! We offer short breaks with amazing views and lots of fabulous walks in our surrounding areas. Situated in a beautiful secluded location on our working farm. The perfect cosy night to catch wildlife, whilst stargazing in our wood-fired hot tub with a drink! We are within walking distance of the famous Nidderdale way and in close proximity to Harrogate, Ripon and Pateley Bridge. Extras are available at request: Birthdays/celebrations/hampers

Chequer Barn Apartment

An oak framed loft apartment is above a large garage which is accessed by stairs with a balcony for tree level seating. The space is not attached to our house and has separate access. The pitched roof gives the apartment a feeling of space and light, with underfloor heating. The outside space is ideal if you want some fresh air. We are in a rural location with no amenities, although the nearest village is only two miles away. We would welcome all visitors, but we don’t accept children.

The Artist's Retreat is a true get away - if you want peace, quiet & stunning views this is for you. In beautiful Nidderdale, right on the Nidderdale Way and the Way of the Roses, with Brimham Rocks within sight. Ideal as a walking/cycling base, or just for a quiet stay away from it all. With eye catching views of the large garden and surrounding countryside, inside is cosy with a wood burning stove in the sitting room, and the bedroom tucked into the upper body of the cottage.

The End Place - A romantic hideaway for two

The End Place is a self-contained cottage adjoining Moorhouse Cottage. Downstairs is open plan, comprising a fully equipped kitchen and a living area with wood burning stove. A glass wall ensures uninterrupted views across Nidderdale Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, as well as starry-night skyscapes. Upstairs opens out into a magical, fairy-lit, vaulted bedroom with a king size brass bed adorned with crisp linen and includes en suite with shower.

The Garden Lodge

The Garden Lodge is a recently refurbished cosy detached guest suite that sits at the rear of our family home, in the beautiful Nidderdale village of Hampsthwaite. Well located for access to the Yorkshire Dales as well as the attractive Spa town of Harrogate (5 mins by car) making it ideal for those wanting to visit the countryside or attend many of the organised key events at the Yorkshire Show ground, Convention Centre, Theatres and Royal Hall.
