This house is a classic raised ranch on pilings. It has modern conveniences and beach-y decor. The location is great (2.5 blocks or 1/4 mile to beach)

Welcome to Sea Haven! Take off your shoes and put your car keys away; you will not be needing either at this tranquil oasis in the center of Beach Haven, NJ. One block away from 8 of the best restaurants on LBI. Two blocks to the bay, 5 blocks to the beach. Fire up the grill and relax around the fire pit as the sun sets over the bay. Relax every evening with two outside sunset decks.
