Hot shower, Woodburner, Gas fired BBQ, Solar powered electricity(please note that this not powerful enough to charge higher voltage electrical equipment such as a laptop, hairdryer or hair tongs etc. Fire pit, Camping stove, quality bedding.

Situated down a quiet rural lane in the Sussex countryside near Brighton, Kenny's Hut is the perfect romantic retreat for two. Enjoy uninterrupted views over the fields and sheep from the sun deck, relax listening to birdsong or stargaze at night sat around the warm glow of the firepit. Creature comforts include a King Size bed with Egyptian cotton sheets, ensuite bathroom, kitchenette and wood burning stove. Special occasion? The pod has WiFi from Three 4G (somewhat unreliable though from the woods & valley) and integrated bluetooth speakers. * The electric is powered by Solar - NO HAIR DRYERS, STRAIGHTENERS, FANS ETC *

Beautiful hand-crafted woodland cabin with hot tub

This stunning hand-crafted cabin is the master piece of a highly talented Sussex craftsman. It is constructed using sustainable oak, chestnut and ash from the surrounding woods. It is full of gorgeous bespoke detailing, for example the entrance to the cabin is inspired by a sea cave in Cornwall. It's secret location is like another world, up on a bank above a winding stream in the dappled light of old oak trees. The air is full of bird song and deer run freely all around.

Coes Farm offers 50 acres of absolute tranquillity in amongst nature, with a bit of luxury thrown in too! We have formal gardens and ornamental ponds, a large lake, plenty of woodland, open fields, an indoor saltwater swimming pool with hot tub, a tennis court and a games room which is resident in our Micro-Winery! We planted our 5 acre vineyard in Spring 2021 and extended the existing Orchard with cider varieties in 2023.

The yurt is beautifully furnished with futon beds, a wood burning stove, candle lanterns and solar powered fairy lights, we have electricity and plugs, its perfect for a truly romantic weekend or a family adventure.
