The suite is priced based on two people, additional people - older kids, friends, are $40/night more; two twin blow-ups can be set up in living room. You must list the total amount of guests when booking. This house is not well suited to toddlers & young children.

You may wake early from the delicious aroma of something baking for your breakfast. Breakfast served in the dining room or on the deck. Before or after breakfast, a walk (½ mile) to Forest Beach may be in order or simply relax in the hammock with a good book. Either way you’ll kick back and enjoy your stay. Come on -- get some sand in your shoes!!

Sorry to say, but my listing is not suitable for children under the age of 12; because of stairs and dock.

We built our home in 1997 and have shared it with our five children, grandchildren and extended family. It comes with A FULL PRE-SET BREAKFAST that is served at 8 AM… please know there is not a breakfast menu. It is a 5 minute walk to an array of restaurants, beaches, ice cream store, groceries, nail salon, clothing shop, as well as a souvenir shop and more. Going for a bike ride, jog or a walk, this is your spot! There is also pickle ball within a 10 minute walk.
