It has it's own entrance with private parking space for one vehicle and private walled and fenced garden. Newly converted in 2023 we have put much thought and love into the project, aiming to create a warm, comfortable and stylish space, finished to a high standard.

Plum Tree Lodge Set in 2 acres of Private Land

Plum Tree, named after plumb tree in the garden. Bedroom 1 - 1 double bedroom, bedroom 2 - 2 single beds and another double bed folds out in the living area. There is a travel cot and a small bed for a small children up to 4 years old. The lodge can accommodate 6 adults plus 2 small children. Ideal getaway with private garden which is child and pet friendly. Private entrance. Only 35 mins from Newcastle, 20 minutes Durham, 15 minutes to Darlington and 7 minutes to Bishop Auckland.

Jessie's Hut

Our first hut (Ben's hut) was so successful, we've built another one !! Set on a working sheep farm, Jessie’s Hut has a double bed with the option of a single bunk above, giving a 2+1 format. There's a shower room and a small kitchen area with a fridge, microwave, kettle and toaster. Wool-based insulation and central heating keep the hut cosy warm all year. Things to see include:- Beamish Museum (a must see!!), The Roman Wall, Durham, Kilhope Lead mining Museum and The Metro Centre.
