La casa si trova in una piazza vicina al centro storico, al terzo ed ultimo piano di un palazzo del '600, una volta teatro. Ci sono due terrazze: una a livello da 40mq con annessa lavanderia + un’altra di 120 mq con vista mare. In tutta la casa c'è un parquet in legno. Ci sono 2 condizionatori, 2 smart-tv, due bagni ed un bagno turco con cromoterapia. La casa, arredata con mobili antichi, è accogliente, molto luminosa e lontana da rumori. L appartamento e completamente rifinito con materiale di primissima scelta e inoltre completamente arredato con cucina completa , tv led 32 " full hd , letto matrimomiale , climatizzazione.Presenta punto snack .
