A recently built home, with a 2 bedroom ground floor Guest Suite. The Guest Suite has private access to a kitchenette/ dining and lounge and two bedrooms each with their own ensuites. Located in a quiet street only minutes walk from Suncorp stadium, Caxton St and a leisurely stroll into the city and Southbank. An additional (King Single) bed can be set up in the living room on request, prior to arrival ($40/per night). Host are in the unit above and happy to help with any issues or requests.

Our property has a shared secure entrance from the street and the guest suite has its own door, deck, travertine shower, separate toilet, kitchenette with mini-bar fridge and small built-in robe. Queen bed, wall-mounted smart TV, reverse cycle air-con and small BBQ on the deck. Minimum 2-night stay and 10% discount for 7 nights or more. Free street parking.
