The village Godinje is on 4th km from Virpazar, 2km from Pjesacac beach. Besac castle is 3 km away from village. Skadar lake is 1km from house. The long history dates back to the 10th century and nearly one hundred ancient stone houses set above a picturesque valley. The tradition of trickling high quality wine is maintained even today, so we also offer domestic wine to buy. You'd like an interior of the house, garden, views, coziness, peace. Parking is in front of the house and it's free.

Villa Sofia was built in an ambient, rustic style; "Paštrovski style", located 2.5 km from Petrovac in a quiet part of Kruševica, 1250 m as the crow flies to the sea, at an altitude of 300 m. The villa is located on a plot of 588m2, paved with rustic stone, with a separate access to garages for 5 vehicles. It is located on the fifth floor and is turned away from the street which makes it very calm and cozy. The apartment is accessible via elevator. It has heating (either using biomass energy heater or airconditioner) and two AC units. It has WiFI, two smart TVs and a big kitchen, toilet, and bed.

Set in Virpazar, 1.2 km from Lake Skadar, Villa SEMEDER provides a living room with a flat-screen TV, and a garden with a barbecue. This villa features a terrace.
