The house was built last Dec. 2017. Water pool is always fresh, no chemical added since it's a private pool. The place is 45 min. drive to Subic, Olongapo, 1 hr to Clark, Angeles Pampanga by car via sctex Dinalupihan. 5 to 8 min away to Orani Plaza. 1 hr to Bagac Beach, 90 min to Morong Beach, 45 min to Orani View Deck. 1 hr to Mt.
