Nice loft in a village-style neighborhood

We live in the eastern part of Paris, a quiet neighborhood, village-style les lilas, on the métro line 11 (10 minutes metro to Le Marais, 12 minutes to Châtelet-Les Halles). Our flat is a loft in a former printing factory, very cosy, with a lot of light (huge bay window, numerous roof windows and a glass door) and exposed beams and redesigned by Federico who is an architect ! The flat can host up to 5 people, there are 2 bedrooms and a mezzanine which can be also used as a bedroom.

L’appartement est situé dans une rue calme d’un quartier sympa. Il est à faible distance à pied du cœur de paris. Proche de différentes stations de métro, mon appartement récemment rénové, sera un endroit parfait pour vous balader en ville et vous reposer confortablement.
