Magnifique petit duplex rénové avec goût et matériaux naturels. Charpente du XVIe. Terrasse plein sud avec vue sur la cathédrale. Secteur historique. Nombreux restaurants, bars, services, musées, lieux culturels et commerces à proximité. Et même une salle de sport à quelques minutes ! Chambre au calme côté cours et sous le toit. Attention l'escalier est un peu raide. Idéal pour un couple ou professionnel en déplacement . Le second lit est un matelas futon (façon canapé en journée).

Bel appartement au calme situé dans le quartier de la Krutenau au 4 ème étage avec ascenseur, mais attention il y a un escalier de 9 marches pour atteindre l'ascenseur. Ce qui ne convient pas aux personnes en fauteuile roulant. Ce logement familial est à proximité de tous les sites et commodités : la cité de la musique et de la danse, des cinémas , de nombreux restaurants, boulangerie , supermarché. With this comfortable apartment , all the important points of interest are close by-making planning your stay very easy. The subway runs right in the front of the house, directly to the airport and the centra train station. Can't be more central. The heart of Stuttgart is 10 mm on foot and 5 mm by subway . The spacious Apartment overlooks a terrace with a direct view to the large Garden. I speak fluent English and French.

Unsere Unterkunft, ganz nach dem Motto „klein aber fein“ liegt in dem kleinen Sasbachwalden umgeben von den atemberaubenden Bergen des Schwarzwaldes und bietet eine Menge an Entspannung, Abenteuer und purem Leben. In der Umgebung befindet sich das nächste Skigebiet nur 15 Fahrminuten von der Ferienwohnung entfernt. Der wunderschöne Mummelsee ist zudem 14 Fahrminuten entfernt und lädt zu gemütlichen Spaziergängen ein.
