Die ehemalige Kornkammer unter dem Dach der alten Zollburg haben wir ausgebaut: 3 Doppelzimmer, 2 Bäder und 1 Wohnküche, bestens geeignet für einen gemütlichen Aufenthalt mit historischem Ambiente. Die Blumenecke im Innenhof mit Tisch und Bänken steht Ihnen ebenfalls zur Verfügung. Stadt, Park und Schiffsanleger befinden sich in fussläufiger Nähe. Rhein, Lahn und Mosel mit Burgen und historischen Orten bieten zahllose Ausflugsmöglichkeiten. Besuchen Sie uns auf Schloss Martinsburg in Lahnstein!

Komfortable vollausgestattete ca. 64 qm Neubau-Ferienwohnung (06/2019) mitten im Weltkulturerbe Oberes Mittelrheintal für 2 Personen (max. 4 Personen), eigenem Zugang, PKW- und Fahrradstellplätze, 50m über dem Rhein, direkt am Rheinburgenweg, Bahnhof und Fähre in Niederheimbach (1000m) gut erreichbar, ideal für Wanderungen beiderseits des Rhein, pro Nacht 100 bis 125 € je nach Saison für 2 Personen, jede weitere Person 50 €. Für Kinder unter 6 bis 8 Jahren nicht geeignet.

Centrally located in the historic center. Quiet, and bright. Note: Apt. is on the third floor (no elevator!). The 2 bedrooms are each at the end of the hallway. Well equipped eat-in kitchen. Sights, restaurants, and wine bars are very close. The pier on the Rhine is a few minutes walk away. Parking along the city wall by the highway. 2 bedrooms, each with 1 double bed (for 2 people each). In the living room there is also a sofa bed that can accommodate an additional 2 people.

Du darfst dich in meinem freistehenden Haus mit Garten wie zu Hause fühlen! Unbezahlbar aber trotzdem inkludiert: der traumhafte Blick auf eine Pferdekoppel und über den Rhein hinaus. Von hier aus kannst du herrliche Wanderungen starten. In kurzer Zeit bist du bei Schloß Johannisberg, Rüdesheim mit Drosselgasse, Kloster und Burgenromantik.

Build in 2022 holiday apartment, has fully equipped kitchen, beautifully designed living room, en-suite bedroom and a gallery (max. gallery hight 1.7m). Our garden is still under construction but there is a direct access to fields and forests.

Afterwards, relax with a glass of wine on the balcony and enjoy the breathtaking view of the Rhine. Between Bingen and Koblenz lies the enchanting Bacharach and above it the district of Neurath. You can see Stahleck Castle and Lorch Castle and turn into the premium Rheinburgenweg hiking trail right outside the front door for fantastic hikes.

In der 100 qm großen Ferienwohnung soll man sich sofort zuhause fühlen und die unglaublichen Ausblicke auf den berühmten Malerwinkel, die Stadtmauer mit dem Liebesturm und die Burg Stahleck genießen. Mehr Mittelrheinromantik geht nicht.

Kunst,Kultur,Ruhe,gute Luft,Sternenhimmel,Weinfeste,Burgen,gutes Essen,Weinberge,Wanderwege und sportliche Vielfalt zeichnen diese Gegend aus.Die Wohnung ist stilvoll eingerichtet und das mittelalterliche Ambiente lädt zum Träumen ein. Meine Unterkunft ist gut für Paare, Alleinreisende, Geschäftsreisende und Familien mit Kindern.
