New Spanish Home in Downtown Avila Beach

Step onto the terrace and breathe in the fresh air while taking in the stunning mountain views. Villa Risa is a Modern Spanish, seductive, open-plan home with a statement fireplace, a gourmet kitchen with a vaulted ceiling and skylights, and wooden flooring. Spacious living area lends itself to wonderful conversations, relaxing retreat, or soaking in music or movies. Two well appointed bedrooms, along with three sleeper sofas in the great room, make it a great space for family and friends to enjoy time together. After your days of adventure, laughter will flow as you grill in the beautiful outdoor space with a panoramic view of the central coast mountains, and enjoy the hot tub on the roof deck. Three bikes provided with bike rentals nearby (if needed), Two Flip out pads (floor mattresses) are available. Guests will have access to entire house. Parking for one car in the garage and one car in an outdoor space. Beach toys, towels, chairs, beach umbrella, bikes and wagon can all be found in the garage. We will be available through messaging or text. We own a studio apartment below the villa and will be there occasionally. Villa Risa is located in the heart of the Central Coast vineyards, with a park, restaurants, Avila Beach, bike paths, and walking trails nearby. Deep sea fishing, boating, surfing, and dozens of wineries are all within easy reach. The Bob Jones trail is close by for walking and biking. San Luis Obispo (one the top five happiest places in America) is just a 15 minute drive north, where you will find great shopping, amazing restaurants, and a beautiful mission. Just south of Avila are more great beaches, outlet malls and seafood restaurants. Villa Risa is just an hour drive to Hearst Castle, passing through Morro Bay, and beautiful Cambria. You may want to check out the elephant seals at San Simeon. Villa Risa is located in the heart of the Central Coast vineyards just a short five minute walk to the shore of Avila Beach, with a park, restaurants, bike paths, and walking trails nearby. Deep sea fishing, boating, surfing, and dozens of wineries are all within easy reach.

The Quailhouse on Ranch near Avila Beach

The Quailhouse is located on a gated, rural working Ranch in Avila Valley - San Luis Obispo. Avila Beach and downtown San Luis Obispo are just a 7 minute drive away. You are centrally located for enjoying the Central Coast, while being privately tucked away in nature from the hustle and bustle. Nearby are hiking/biking trails, beaches, wineries and restaurants. Enjoy a distinctive experience that includes locally sourced, environmentally friendly amenities while relaxing in a serene setting.

Avila Beach House

Built in 1907, renovated in 2012 and 2020 and is located 1.5 blocks from the beach. Fully furnished with 2 bedrooms (queen beds), a loft (2 twin beds) and 1 bathroom. Accommodates up to 6 guests. NO EXCEPTIONS. Cable TV, Wifi, fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, laundry and patio area with BBQ and air conditioning. PLEASE NOTE: Only a $25 cleaning fee. Welcome to our cozy coastal retreat in Pismo Beach! This charming 1-bedroom cottage offers comfort and convenience for your seaside getaway. Perfect for 2 guests but does sleep 4 with a sofa bed. Unwind in the inviting living room or step outside to enjoy the ocean breeze on the private patio. The bedroom boasts a Queen bed for restful nights after a day of sun-soaked adventures. Though the home is small, this coastal retreat provides the ideal home base for your Pismo Beach adventure!

Enjoy a little getaway in this cottage by the beach. It’s cozy and simple with all the features of comfort. Walking to the beach is a just a short stroll down a windy little road filled with cool beach vibes. Cross a little wooden bridge and walk down a block or two and you are right in front of the Oceano dunes. Plan a bonfire and make s’mores on the beach. Or better yet, stay at the little cottage, grab a bottle of wine and enjoy a fire pit right outside your bedroom door.
