There is a cooktop in the apartment. Great location only 6 blocks from the beach.1

Parking for 1 vehicle only Studio apt. attached to our house but privately separated. Centrally located in Jacksonville, only a ten minutes to the beaches, 12 minutes to mayo clinic. Unit has all you need for a week long stay or just one night. Full Kitchen and laundry. Decorative Lighted patio available for all guests. We have had the past owners of the house and guest who have stayed in the Casita tell us stories about the band setting up their equipment in the backyard and playing their music.
