Room #5/6 includes 2 king bedrooms along with a private bathroom. Common areas include a 1st and 2nd floor living room (where the complimentary light breakfast is available), dining room, a 50' covered porch overlooking downtown and the French Broad River, a game room and fire pit. A short walk from charming, walkable Main Street with its riverside cafes, restaurants, shops and brewery, and only 25-minutes from downtown Asheville, the Inn is on the National Register of Historic Places.

Two-level unit with windows facing Broadway Street, a cozy gas fireplace in the living room, and a large living/dining area. It sleeps 4 people in 2 bedrooms (both with King beds), both with en-suite bathrooms with showers. One of the two bedrooms/bathrooms is on an upstairs mezzanine level. The main level bathroom has a roll-in shower. Kitchen and laundry appliances are ADA-compliant. Center island has 4 barstools and large custom dining table seats 6.

A 1936 Georgian Revival, Peri Social House is NC's Smallest Boutique Hotel. This first floor room has accessible access, a king bed and large bathroom. Spend slow mornings at our public coffee shop or enjoy a nice selection of craft beer and wines at the public parlour. Walk into charming, downtown Black Mountain and explore the charming art galleries, local eateries, and beautiful views. Peri means "mountain dweller" and we hope you'll dwell with us!
