A bijou residence at East Preston only a 10/15 minute brisk walk from the sea, pubs, restaurants and other shops, suitable for one or two leisure or business guests. Built in 2017, Little Saltspring is a self-contained ground floor open plan home with lounge/dining area, galley kitchen, bedroom with king size double bed , shower room with shower, wc and wash-hand basin. Ideally situated to explore West Sussex we are close to Petworth, Parham House, Arundel and the South Downs National Park.
