Située dans la petite cité de caractère Lassay-les-Châteaux, élue 3e village préféré des Français 2023, vous trouverez à quelques mètres le château médiéval, tous les commerces utiles ainsi que l’office de tourisme. De nombreuses balades peuvent être effectuées depuis le gîte.

Situated 800m from Fervaques the property was designed for handicapped access throughout the ground floor. The 3 remaining bedrooms are on the upper floor.
