It is in the hip Rue des Martyrs area, with a lively local presence and many cafés, bars and restaurants. It is only a short walk to Montmatre, the Moulin Rouge and Opera, and 3 metro lines (2,7,12). There is a magnificent view from the living room balcony over the roofs of Paris and the Eiffel tower. Well equiped kitchen and high-speed wifi.

It's close to the Monoprix Supermarket and to Transports by Bus, Tramway, Metro and Train. Also in city center, it's facing the backyard garden and though it's very calm. Main transportation station is at 7 min walk, and then 6 minutes to Champs Elysées, 10 minutes to Louvre museum, and 20 minutes to Eiffel Tower.

Well situated at a stone’s throw from the Fleas of St-Ouen, their antique dealers and secondhand goods dealers... Subway « Porte de Clignancourt » or « Mairie de St-Ouen ».

Kai's Kitchen Paris

As a food lover, I have created a very personal and unique space for fellow foodies. Located in one of the hippest parts of Paris, my well-equipped kitchen includes a 3m long dining table that seats up to 12 people. The apartment has many original features with a private terrace, bedroom with a double sofa bed, and an original small retro bathroom. While the kitchen is very well equipped all mother comforts are kept to a minimum.

Brick house - Flea market

My lovely brick home is located next to Paris' Flea Market. The house stands in a private bucolic alley. The ground floor consists of the living room, the dining area, the kitchen and the garden-terrace. The second floor is made of two bedrooms, a bathroom and separate toilets. On the third floor, the attic has been turned into a large bedroom and wardrobe. You'll probably meet my friendly car, Moki !
