A cosy, authentic house down-town east. Fully equipped, very comfortable. You can spot the 'Martinitoren' from the house! Within a 5 minutes walk you are on the 'Grote Markt'. Many restaurant and pubs are in the neighbourhood. The academic hospital (UMCG) is at a 100 meters-distance. Big plus is the parking-space in our secluded back-yard (for that: max. height of your car around 5'10). In the living-room is a Smart-TV (you can enjoy Netflix with your own subscription). A great place to stay!

Luka's Hut, our beautiful eco-cabin, sits on the banks of the Ganzendiep river in Overijssel. Huge windows provide stunning Dutch views onto the river, the grass meadows with cows & sheep and a picturesque village in the distance. The river is quiet water so have a sauna & a swim, take out the kayak, big canoe or SUPboard. We have a heatpump for the floor heating, and used upcycled items such a charming wood-stove, a fantastic bath, a fully-equipped kitchen, bikes, a firepit & trampoline.

A luxurious and spacious houseboat for rent near Giethoorn. The houseboat can be rented for people who want to go on holiday to Giethoorn, discover the Weerribben-Wieden National Park or just want to enjoy the peace and quiet. A unique location on the water with an unobstructed view of the reed beds. From the modern interior, high glass walls offer a view of the surrounding nature and you can spot many holiday boats in summer, in addition to various birds. An adjacent sloop can be rented.

Hier in het rustige Friese Rohel kan je écht buiten zijn, de wind in je haren voelen en de zon op je huid. Fietsen en wandelen langs de weilanden en (koud) zwemmen in het Tjeukemeer. Een glas wijn drinken op het terrasje aan het water, met de de blik op oneindig, onder de oude fruitbomen in de tuin. Behalve de geluiden van vogels, het ruisen van de wind en in de verte een trekker, hoor je hier helemaal niks. De zonsondergangen kunnen hier verbazingwekkend mooi zijn.

Op 10 minuten van Leeuwarden en 4 minuten van Grou ligt onze landelijke boerderij in Idaerd. Dit volledig ingerichte, moderne appartement is van alle gemakken voorzien. De badkamer is voorzien van een wastafel, een regen- en handdouche en een toilet. Onze boerderij is in 2015 geheel nieuw gebouwd, wij wonen in het achterhuis en het voorhuis is ingericht als vakantie woning. 5 eigen parkeerplaatsen, een ruime tuin met terras waar je heerlijk kunt zitten. 1 slaapkamer op de begane grond met eigen badkamer, de andere 4 slaapkamers op de eerste verdieping met gezamelijke badkamer.

Er is een prachtige grote woonkamer met eiken balken en vide. Hiervandaan heb je een schitterend weids uitzicht over de achtergelegen weilanden.
