Reconnect with nature at this unforgettable escape. Maggie jo is a 1970 completely restore houseboat. She has got a full size refrigerator , gas range ,microwave and toaster oven. Out on the back deck she has a gas grill. The aft berth has 2 full beds that are extremely comfortable. Galley dinette make into bed and the couch in the saloon pulls out also. While on the decks you will see eagles, dolphins , gator or fishing jumping out of the water. I also have 2 tandem kayaks for your use.

This is a 1967 Lazy Days House Boat that we have converted into the best Airbnb space to relax and rejuvenate your soul. Being right on the Savannah River, there is no other place to be in Downtown Augusta. If you do want to explore the area, you are right in the heart of the Downtown with various activities always happening, be it the restaurant and bar scene, local art museums, the weekly farmers market(seasonal), multiple opportunities to exercise. There is always something going on.

Rowshell stays docked. 5G WiFi, TV, Netflix, AC, free use of 2 kayaks, firewood, and many other creature comforts. We can't host dogs - no exceptions.

Enjoy a complementary kayak, paddle board or canoe rental to enjoy the river. Create your own river adventure to Sycamore Island, or Plum Creek to explore or just take it easy and hang out on the houseboat and enjoy a dip in the Allegheny to cool off. Enjoy the sunset on the top deck.

"Jolly"- Houseboat Getaway

"Tiny house on the water"! Jolly is a 42ft Holiday Mansion. Baywater Landing buzzes with watermen & boaters by day & is a peaceful stargazing hotspot by night. She features a master suite & deck areas to enjoy! 35 mins from Ocean City & Assateague Island. 45 mins from Chincoteague Island. Jolly remains docked, but guests have access to kayaks and paddle boards at no additional charge. Baywater Landing is secluded- some even say "boring"- but we think that's the whole point!
