The house is made of stone and has been carefully restored to preserve its original charm. The house also features a beautiful courtyard where guests can relax and enjoy themselves. Villa Rosa is a beautiful neoclassical style property situated in the Pitini area of Symi. Its fabulous position means it offers stunning views of Yialos harbour, the Aegean sea and the Island of Nimos. In addition there are two couches with bed function. There is a new fully equipped kitchen with two dining tables. 2 bathrooms with WC/Shower, and a air condition.

A fresh renovation took place in 2022. Brand new kitchen and bathroom, brand new furniture and new design of the space. The house includes the living room which is also the dining room and the two sofas are sofa beds. Next room, is the kitchen and master bedroom and bathroom. The gem of the house is the balcony with an amazing view.
