The setup is great for 4 people with a nice king sized bed in the master and a queen sized La-Z-boy sleeper sofa in the living room! Plenty of deck space outside of the condo and a nice area to grill! Huge smart TVs and fiber optic WiFI are in the condo as well

NOT sure what that means (maybe their beds are on the floor) PLEASE I have a fan to drawn off Noise from upstairs ALL ground level units get noise from upstairs USE THE FAN Gas fireplace is turned off June July and August I do not have AC but the bedroom has a ceiling fan and a box fan. Screens on windows NO Pets NO Smoking NO RV/Trailers

It's nearly impossible to be any closer to the lifts, ticket office, resort restaurants, and bar. A 0.2 mile walk from the condo and you're there! Is 0.2 miles a little far to walk with all mountain bike gear? No problem, directly outside your front door you will find a shuttle stop that will get you to the lifts in just 1 minute or so. It is a wonderful experience to stay in our beautiful home in the mountains of Northern New Mexico surrounded by vast ranch lands. Viewing wildlife and observing nature is a favorite pastime for our guests and the wildlife is everywhere, from birds in the sky and in the water to many elk, deer and other mammals abound. The log home is modern and refined in its restoration although it is now 100 years old and is unique to our area in its style and comfort. We DO NOT ALLOW PETS.
