Make your stay in an entire, secluded and very private studio that’s one mile from Hwy 99 just minutes away from Lodi, Galt, Elk Grove plus many popular wineries. Local inquiries are rarely accepted. What to expect: An inclusive and Private Studio for yourself with patio and BBQ. You also have access to common surroundings such as Parking, Hot Tub and large fenced backyard. Pets are welcome too for a one time $50 fee at time of booking.

The home is at the center of new development in Southeast Lodi within a 5-10 minute drive to local wineries, Wine & Roses, Lodi Lake, Downtown, Lodi Memorial Hospital, restaurants & stores. This stunning house has an open floor plan that is perfect for spending quality time with family and friends. With 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, there is plenty space to accommodate up to 7 guests comfortably.

This country cottage is brimming with grace and charm. It is adorned with new and antique country style furnishings. Garden Fair Cottage has an abundance of natural light. The living room has a cast iron fire stove, splendid for cold nights snuggling in with a glass of wine or hot cocoa. The large living room window lets you view a charming patio surrounded by flowers along with a beautiful Italian water fountain. A large kitchen window lets you enjoy the morning sun shining over the vineyard.
