Given its peaceful situation, it is surprisingly only a 5 minute drive from major transport routes (north/ south/ east/ west) and Penrith Station. Only 5 miles to Ullswater and the lakes. Barn conversion includes bedroom with private terrace, bathroom (shower and bath), large sitting/ breakfast room. Well behaved dogs welcome on request (2 maximum - extra charge of £10 dog/night). The Northern Lake District and Hadrian's Wall are both less than a 30 minute drive away, and Carlisle City Centre is just a few minutes drive.

Beautifully presented and furnished to a high standard. Main bedroom has a standard sized double bed and the second bedroom has a single and a trundle bed (trundle NOT suitable for an adult, only for child/young teenager) The living room and open plan kitchen are fully equipped including fridge, freezer and a washer/dryer.

The accommodation is situated on the edge of the Pennine's, two miles from the Pennine Way at Dufton and close to the National Cycle Route 68. It is also on the route of the Lady Anne’s way.
