Large 4+ bedroom 3 king beds, 1 queen, 1 full all in separate rooms! There are eight elegant rooms consisting four bedrooms, laundry, full dining and living rooms, modern kitchen, 2 1/2 baths. Two room in-law suite with private entry, private bath and kitchenette. Deck entry overlooking Temescal Creek and towering 100 year old coastal Redwoods. Shared garden across the bridge. Walk to Lake Temescal and Montclair Village. Easy, quick access to Hwys 13 and 24. Short drive to UC Berkeley, Mills College and California College of the Arts, the Berkeley Gourmet Ghetto, and Oaklands many fine restaurants. Some small dogs accepted, no large dogs, and no cats due to allergies.
