Welcome to our cozy ground floor suite with a green garden view and lots of natural light. Enjoy a private entrance and self-contained space with your own outdoor space in our peaceful and enclosed backyard. The suite was renovated in 2024 with a small but full kitchen including a full sized oven and microwave. The back of the house is South facing so you can enjoy the afternoon sun. The suite has one bedroom with a new queen sized bed and wardrobe, a futon, and washer & dryer in the bathroom.

There are 12 steps going down to the basement, so please be sure you are good with stairs before booking. Kitchen essentials are included, and beds include 1 double and 1 single bed side-by-side. NO CHILDREN, NO SMOKING & NO PETS. TWO OCCUPANTS MAX ONLY PLEASE.

We welcome you to 'le petit bonheur' (little happiness). Our studio suite offers complete privacy with its own entrance and outside sitting area looking out on our fenced backyard, with a ground level trampoline. We have a king-size bed, your space includes a kitchen with a fridge, microwave, induction stovetop, etc and a lovely bathroom complete with bath/shower. If travelling with your dog, I request a one-time $30 pet fee for your stay. Linens washed with scent-free detergent
