Welcome to our cozy ground floor suite with a green garden view and lots of natural light. Enjoy a private entrance and self-contained space with your own outdoor space in our peaceful and enclosed backyard. The suite was renovated in 2024 with a small but full kitchen including a full sized oven and microwave. The back of the house is South facing so you can enjoy the afternoon sun. The suite has one bedroom with a queen sized bed and wardrobe, a futon, and a washer and dryer in the bathroom.

Close to hiking trails, Seven Oaks Mall and Lepp Farm Market with local fresh produce. 15 minute drive to Abbotsford Airport and West Coast Express!

Two bedroom suite, situated at the end of a quiet residential road with easy access to hiking and mountain biking trails. The nearest waterfall is 100 steps from the property. A perfect place to rest and unwind and explore nature in all its beauty. Shopping and restaurants are from 5 mins away by car. It has a fully equipped kitchen, in-suite laundry and outdoor seating, fire pit, bbq & hot tub. Bedrooms can both be twins or kings or a combination for flexibility, please request when booking.

Located on the very top of a small mountain, you can see all the way to Vancouver on a clear day! There is driveway parking for 1 vehicle. The suite is very bright with a lot of natural light. You also have a private back yard that includes a gas bbq and outdoor dining area. Everything about this place speaks "comfort"!

We welcome you to 'le petit bonheur' (little happiness). Our studio suite offers complete privacy with its own entrance and outside sitting area looking out on our fenced backyard, with a ground level trampoline. We have a king-size bed, your space includes a kitchen with a fridge, microwave, induction stovetop, etc and a lovely bathroom complete with bath/shower. If travelling with your dog, I request a one-time $30 pet fee for your stay. Linens washed with scent-free detergent

The suite has a full kitchen and the grocery store has delivery service.

There is street parking available. The house is situated on a grade and does require stair climbing to access the suite. There is no A/C in the unit.
