Ein gemütliches Zimmer (Gesamtfläche 18 m²) mit integrierter Küche und eigenem Bad befindet sich im ersten Stock eines Privathauses mit separatem Eingang über eine Treppe. Kostenlose Parkplätze stehen zur Verfügung. Drei wunderschöne Strände sind 2,8 km entfernt. Ein kleiner Privatladen befindet sich 500 m entfernt, und ein HDL-Supermarkt ist in 20 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Dies ist eines von drei Zimmern, die wir anbieten. Built with natural stone and full of character, offers a warm and intimate atmosphere between mountains and sea. a spacious room connected to the kitchen, opening onto a small garden in front. Large windows bring in natural light and views of the hills. Just five minutes from the wild beach, ideal for nature lovers, couples, and small groups. Enjoy quiet evenings by the fireplace and wake up beside the Adriatic marshlands, rich with birdlife.

Valdanos and olive trees are place of positive clean energy, an unbeatable source of activities, a divine area where we can breath in clean fresh air, listen to the wind, admire natural beauties, go for a walk, swim, ride a bicycle or sail around the Old town and nearby bays in a little boat and learn how beautiful it is to be nature’s friend.

Apartment Tatjana is seafront accommodation with a private infinity pool situated in precious natural environment. In peaceful place Utjeha, between Bar and Ulcinj, one hour driving distance from Podgorica and Tivat Airport, it has a fantastic garden where you can enjoy the spectacular sunsets. The garden has a path that goes down to the private and public beach where you can use kayak and SUP board free of charge. It is fully equipped for perfect family stay and relaxation.

In the perfect part of untouched nature, inspired by the spirit of old generations, we renovated a family house which is over 200 years old. On our property there is a waterfall, which has become the main attraction of our city. If you want to spend your vacation away from the city crowds, in contact with the beautiful nature, this could be the right place for you.

This waterfront old stone house was originally built in 19th century and completely renovated in 2018. The interior represents a mix of a traditional Mediterranean style combined with modern design. Set in a peaceful old fisherman village called Muo, our house is perfect base for exploring the Bay. The Old town of Kotor is less than 10min driving distance while Tivat airport is less than 20min away. The house has three levels and each level has undisturbed sea views.
