The home is located in historic Hayes Barton, close to downtown Raleigh and Glenwood South district. Hayes Barton is a safe, shady historic neighborhood with cafes, restaurants and breweries within walking distance. The unit is a 700 sq ft apartment over a garage with private entrance. Twenty stairs lead up to the apartment. A pullout couch accommodates 2 younger children or a teenager/adult.
