Property is first row to the sea in Ždrelašćica bay close to the bridge that connectes Island of Ugljan and Pašman. Old town of Zadar is very easy to visit, 20 minutes with passenger ferry boat from Preko. To come to Preko you need 10 min with car or 15 with local bus.

Large pool is available in the garden so apart from the beach you will be able to enjoy swimming and relaxing in it. 10x4m is the main pool and attached to it is small children pool 2.5x2m. Plenty of comfortable beach-chairs and sunscreens for all the guests.
