Hi, Our apartment found its place in a small Dalmatian village called Gornja Podgora, just 5-7 minutes (about 2,5 km downhill) away from town Podgora by car. Down there you'll find beautiful beaches, the popular ones and also remote and intimate ones. It is perfect for those who would like to escape the everyday rush and replace it with the beautiful Mediterranean scenery. You 'll have your own floor with really astonishing view. P.S. House Stina and Garden with magnificent sea view

Apartman Stina is a brend new studio apartment, situated on island Hvar in peaceful small town Sveta Nedelja, 39 km from Hvar. Beach is just in front of the apartment. It offers a big garden, barbecue facilities and a terrace with astonishing sea view. The apartment is located on the ground floor under terrace and garden and has 1 bedroom, a flat-screen TV with satellite channels and a fully equipped kitchen that provides guests with a microwave, a fridge, a washing machine and a stovetop.

Comfortable & cosy apartment with beautiful seaview situated on the Igrane promenade, 2 meters from the beach. It has 50 m2 south-facing terrace with sun loungers-provides sun all day, but also a shade. It will put you in a holiday state of mind instantly! It's also equipped with AC,WiFi, kitchen utensils etc. You will find anything you need quickly near the apartment-supermarkets (20 m), caffes, souvenirs shops (5 m), ATM (2 m) etc. It's recommended for a great summer holidays to remember!

Svi apartmani orijentirani su jug-sjever pa imaju krasan pogled na more, plažu i otoke. Zalasci sunca s naših južnih terasa izgledaju čarobno, dok sa sjeverne terase pogled pada na planinu Biokovo čije otkrivanje preporučujemo ljubiteljima nedirnute prirode.

It provides a perfect backdrop for a relaxing, carefree and comfortable holiday. It is ideal for a get-away or family vacation. The villa consists of three bedrooms and two bathrooms. The kitchen is equipped with all appliances and has a beautiful view of the mountain. Villa Rustica has a large pool ,7*3.5m, that provides complete privacy.

Seaside apartment with a lovely view

Comfy and a bright space with a two balconies with a beautiful view. One balcony is oriented to the city port and other one to the sea and island Brac. The apartment is placed in the quiet part of Jelsa, but really close to the city centre. Big sand beach is just 5 minutes walk from the apartment. You can also swim literally in the front of the apartment, on the small dock. Market is 5 minutes walk, same as the main square.

IMPORTANT(for period of high season 15.06.-15.09. because it’s impossible to find parking during that period): Guests can chose one of two options for parking: Parking on the street in front of the house is FREE of charge but it is a city parking, NOT PRIVATE one and can’t be reserved, so in case you use the car often I can offer you a ticket free of charge for the near-by parking place.
