To Modern House βρίσκεται στο χωριό Χαϊδευτό σε απόσταση 2.5 Km από τις παραλίες και το λιμάνι της Κεραμωτής. Πρόκειται για ένα ήσυχο, μοντέρνο και πλήρως εξοπλισμένο κατάλυμα.
