In 2019 volledig gerenoveerd en omgebouwd tot luxe vakantiewoning voor 10 personen waaronder 2 kinderen. Met 4 sfeervolle slaapkamers, 3 marmeren badkamers en een grote, open leefruimte, bieden wij families en vriendengroepen met kinderen een heerlijk verblijf. In Noordwijk geniet je het hele jaar van het strand en duinen en in het voorjaar van de kleurrijke bollenvelden.

Openslaande deuren naar de afgesloten tuin op het zuiden 5x7 L-vormige kamer met open keuken ( kitchenette) Aanwezig: Koelkast met vriesvak. Afwasmachine. waterkoker. Oven. Airfryer. 2 pits Inductiekookplaat. Nespresso koffieapparaat. Fijne bedden en prettige (regen) douche wastafel met opberglades. LET OP! De bovenverdieping / slaapgedeelte heeft geen trap hek en raden we aan om hier geen kleine kinderen te laten verblijven.

Situated at one of the most beloved streets in Zandvoort & only a few steps away from the beach (550m), city center (300m) and dunes (250m), so each adventure can be started by just sliding into your flip-flops. Parking? Check! Your free spot next to the house is already reserved.

City tax is: €3,30 p.p. De hoekwoning bestaat uit 3 etages. Het vakantiehuis is gelegen onder ons woonhuis, de gasten hebben hun eigen opgang en een tuin met een schuur, en nog een gezellig zitje. Voor alle duidelijkheid : we slechts beschikken over een woonruimte van 40 m2, inclusief slaapruimte, woonruimte en open keuken en badkamer met een schuifdeur. Wij hebben 1 slaapkamer ,standaard vanaf 2 personen, Er is een opklapbaar bed voor een derde persoon (200 cm×90 cm). Bedankt.

The location from the sea is only 1500 m Generally ideal for families and nature/bicycle lovers Duplo and toys in the house. Upstairs you have 3 bedrooms with box- beds I emphasise in having super good & clean beds and cotton blankets Dogs super welcome, but please request first. NO dogs upstairs.

De luxe bollenschuur heeft een eigen tuin, complete keuken, hottub, twee slaapkamers en elk een ensuite badkamer. Je verblijft vlakbij het strand (1,5 km) en het centrum met leuke restaurants. De supermarkt en bakker zijn op loopafstand. Je parkeert gratis (1 auto). Het gebruik van 4 fietsen is inbegrepen. Vanuit Noordwijk zit je zo in Amsterdam, Leiden, Haarlem en Den Haag.
