The apt. (40m2) is located right in front of the beach and next to the dunes. From your appartment you have a breathtaking view over the sea. It will comfortably fits 2 and is completely new, finished in June 2021. Cozy living room with TV, fully equipped kitchen, comfortable king size bed, perfect WIFI and nice bathroom. You have a private parking spot right next to the apt, as well as a private terrace with dining table and comfy beach chairs. Your dog is very welcome, we allow only 1 dog.

City tax is: €3,30 p.p. De hoekwoning bestaat uit 3 etages. Het vakantiehuis is gelegen onder ons woonhuis, de gasten hebben hun eigen opgang en een tuin met een schuur, en nog een gezellig zitje. Voor alle duidelijkheid : we slechts beschikken over een woonruimte van 40 m2, inclusief slaapruimte, woonruimte en open keuken en badkamer met een schuifdeur. Wij hebben 1 slaapkamer ,standaard vanaf 2 personen, Er is een opklapbaar bed voor een derde persoon (200 cm×90 cm). Bedankt.

Welkom in mijn knusse en luxe gastenverblijf aan de voet van de watertoren. Het verblijf is voorzien van een eigen parkeerplaats voor de deur, kosten inbegrepen. Chateau d’ eau is is gelegen op een geweldige locatie vlakbij het strand - minder dan 1 minuut lopen- en op loopafstand van de duinen en het dorpscentrum. Geniet 's ochtends van een heerlijke kop koffie in de zon op jouw privé terrasje en 's avonds van de zonsondergang op het strand. Tot snel in bruisend Zandvoort!

The apartment is situated in a little fishermanns house from 1905 in a typical cosy authentic neighbourhood in the centre of Zandvoort. The house is totaly renovated in 2016/2017 and updated in 2021. It meets all modern standards. Near the beach, busstation, trainstation, shops, supermarkets, bars and restaurants. You will love this appartment because of the open spaces and the use of natural materials like concrete, wood and metal. It gives an industrial coziness to the house.
