Villa Zaza, Oasis in Untouched Nature

Our beautiful estate is located cca 40 km from Zagreb, in Zagorje, one of the most colourful regions of continental Croatia. Estate lies on a wonderful 2.000 m2 piece of land and is full of extraordinary plants, trees and flowers. Orientation of the estate is SW-W which gives the guests both - a lot of sun during the day and an astonishing view with the sunset. Three main points of the estate are main villa, swimming pool and rustical guest house. Main villa is surrounded by the two spacious terraces that enter the ground floor with dining table for ten, nice, fully equiped kitchen and a huge living room with the fire place. Bella Vista corner with five comfortable armchairs is situated on a west part of the ground floor - the view and the sunset are breathtaking! On the first floor one can find the master bedroom with the huge terrace, nice jacuzzy bathroom and a smaller room with a pull- out sofa for two. On the second floor there is another bedroom with double bed, bathroom with the massage shower, and a lobby with an antique writing table and pull out soffa for two. Swimming pool is 8,5 x 4,5 m, equipped with the swimming machine and the solar shower. The swimming pool is open from 1.5.-15.10. Guest house is close to the swimming pool. It's a rustic house with the large porch. It has a kitchen, bathroom, living room, and a very nice bedroom on the second floor that overlooks the swimming pool. The estate is situated in a very quiet and relexing area full of small cities, villages with domestic food products and historical castles. At the same time it is very close to Croatian capital Zagreb (30 minutes by car), to Croatian seaside (less than two hours by car) or to Plitvice lakes (90 minutes by car). COOKING Daily cooking,cleaning service can be additionaly organised by our Nada who is very good in preparing domestic specialities. Come and enjoy! This is a real paradise in any time of the year!

U kuhinji ćete naći sve što vam je potrebno za pripremu hrane (posuđe za pripremu hrane i posuđe za serviranje hrane).

Ovaj jedinstveni smještaj uređen je u nesvakidašnjem stilu, rustikalan s mnoštvom recikliranih materijala, poput stogodišnje cigle ili pedesetogodišnjih greda. Djelo entuzijastičnih oca i sina, pun ručno izrađenih detalja u koje je utrošeno puno vremena. Lociran u mirnom kvartu, 850 metara od autobusnog kolodvora i 1400 metara od glavnog kolodvora, s malenim dvorištem koje doslovno služi kao oaza, skriven od pogleda i zvukova, savršena baza ili utočište za one koji cijene orginalnost.

Smještena u srcu netaknute prirode, “Aurora” nudi mir i tišinu daleko od gradske buke. Panoramski pogled na brežuljke i šume pruža osjećaj slobode. "Aurora" može ugostiti do 4 osobe (2+2 ležaja). Gostima su na raspolaganju infracrvena sauna i jacuzzi. Tu je i pečenjara za roštiljanje, te vrtna sjenica za druženje. Lokacija osigurava privatnost, a blizu je svih potrebnih sadržaja. Entire upper floor, w/ bedroom, mezzanine and w/c

Beautiful, modern family house in the countryside, just a 12 minute bus ride to the centre of the city (bus stop practically outside the gate). The space is the whole upper floor which is a private bedroom, bathroom and an open mezzanine chill out/work area. Plenty of free parking. The view down to Zagreb is stunning and you are just 1km away from hikes in the Sljeme NP forest. We are a well traveled family and look forward to welcoming guests to our beautiful home and city.

Apartment between airport and city center

Clean & bright apartment near to the Airport & City Center. We are a native Croatian family and live above your apartment. We are happy to help out if needed (e.g. advice for undertakings). You can reach the Center of Zagreb best with car in 10-15 min but also with public transportation in about 20-30 min. If you come by plane it´s only 12 min away by car (direct bus line, too). If needed, we are willing to pick you up at the airport for 15 EUR.

Mountain Villa Carin-Holiday House-Jacuzzi-Parking

Mountain Villa Carin is located in a quiet part of the nature park Samoborsko gorje, only 10 minutes by car from the town of Jastrebarsko and the highway, and only 20 minutes from Zagreb and Samobor. The airport is 40 km away. The villa, thanks to its enviable position on the hill, offers a wonderful view of the entire lowland within a radius of 100 km.

U sklopu apartmana nalazi se pečenjara sa pekom, jacuzzi sa pogledom te igralište za djecu. U okolici gosti mogu uživati u raznim aktivnostima poput pješačenja i planinarenja na planinarski vrh Vodenica, te mogu posjetiti Pavlinski samostan i crkvu Rođenja Blažene Djevice Marije koji je udaljen 2km od apartmana.
