York Harbor Inn- Country Inn Room

Located on the 2nd & 3rd floors of the Main Inn, Country Inn Rooms are quite small but elegantly appointed. All rooms are individually decorated with (1) queen bed, private baths with shower & standard amenities. These rooms have small bathrooms & dormers over the beds/windows. Rooms include our buffet breakfast & wifi. There is no ocean view but beach is within walking distance. *Not suitable for travel cribs or cots, 2 guests max.* **Please note there are NO ELEVATORS in any of our buildings

Lamie's Inn & The Old Salt Tavern : 1 Queen Bed

Clean & Cozy Colonial Style Inn & Restaurant. This room features 1 queen bed and sleeps two adults. Each of our rooms is equipped with a private bath, small fridge & microwave, complementary WIFI, and includes continental breakfast. Our property also boasts an award-winning restaurant & tavern, The Old Salt, serving lunch and dinner. In warmer months, we offer outdoor seating in addition to our indoor dining. Guests are asked to provide a credit card at check in for a refundable $50 deposit.

The Elms - River Room

The Elms is conveniently in Westbrook, with easy access to Portland and the Interstate. The River Room has one queen bed, private bathroom with tub, a desk, large closet, and a view of the Presumscot. This is the most desirable room in the Elms. Historic Building, built by a renowned architect, originally served as a luxury Maine resort to entice business to the local mill. Featuring splendid carved wood features, fireplaces, spacious rooms, and a screened veranda overlooking the river.

Ipswich Inn | Wilcomb Suite | Wetbar+Smart TV

Welcome to The Wilcomb Suite, a newly renovated room with en-suite bathroom on the 3rd floor of the historic Ipswich Inn. Unwind on the King sized Brooklyn Bedding bed and enjoy morning coffee from the keurig at the wet bar. Your space includes local boutique bath amenities and a Smart TV with Youtube TV (150+ channels!). Smartlock ensures an easy self-check in process. Enjoy easy walkability to downtown Ipswich shops, restaurants, and cafes and a short drive to beautiful Crane's Beach!

Stay like a local in this Queen Studio Suite. Located on the first floor, Room 7 is set up like a sun filled studio apartment featuring a well-appointed kitchen and sitting area. ATLANTIC BREEZE SUITES - SUNSET 1 BEDROOM SUITE

1 Bedroom Sunset Suite (not oceanfront) with either 2 double or 2 queen beds in the bedroom and either a sleep sofa or queen Murphy bed in the living room. 600 +/- square feet of living space including living and dining area, small kitchenette with mini-refrigerator, microwave, toaster and coffee maker and full bathroom. Private deck to enjoy the magnificent sunsets over the serene and scenic marsh. Please be aware that there is construction taking place near our building.
